Chinese Garlic Chilli Chicken

ChiliChickenI love Chinese Food, it’s cheap, tastes great, and is easily accessible all over America. That said, I do like to cook, and save every way I can. So when I came across this easy recipe for Chinese Garlic Chilli Chicken, loaded with chilli I knew I had to make it at home. If you give this recipe a try, you can, of course, regulate the chilli content as per your personal intake. On the plus side this dish requires little preparation and cooking time, and the result is awesome. Serve this with homemade Stir-Fried Rice and Spicy Stir-Fried Cabbage, and you have a table full of homemade Chinese food ready to be devoured!

Clean the chicken and cut into medium size cubes and marinate it with the ingredients listed under marinade for 30 minutes, in the fridge.

For the gravy
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add garlic, green chillies ¼ Cup spring onion greens, beans, red chillies and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the chicken cubes and the sauce, and bring it to a boil till the gravy is semi-thick

I was happy with the way the chicken turned out. Give it a try and tell me what you think?
